This nice 2-room-apartment is located in a green and quiet neighborhood in a building from 1956 which was renewed in 2006. The flat in the upper ground floor has a living room and a bedroom with large windows and a balcony to the south. It faces the large inner courtyard with a little park and a playground. This location is very close to the city highway but in a good residential area of Schmargendorf, one of the greenest quarters of Berlin. The next S-Bahn-station is in a distance of about 200m. With the public transport system one reaches in few minutes Kurfürstendamm and the western city. At Hohenzollerndamm all kind of shops for every day needs as well as schools and nurseries are available. Further to the east extends the large park of Wilmersdorf with its recreation areas, whereas in the west, one might find the beautiful woods of Grunewald for walking and hiking.
