The Berlin real estate market is off to a positive start in 2025. As of February 2025, the listing prices for existing properties have risen by 2.20% compared to the previous year, currently averaging €5,430/m². The median achieved sales price for existing apartments stands at €4,980/m², based on 11,371 notarized transactions.
