The building, raised between 1906 and 1909, is protected as a monument and has been maintained in a very good shape by it’s owners and inhabitants. The restauration has been done with public aid. Attached to the anterior house with it’s highly representative entrance are two inner courts surrounded by several wings. The comfortable and cozy apartment is in the right wing of the first court, in a very quiet position, forth floor to the left. It has also two rooms in the attic, from where one has access to the community rooms. In the fourth floor the apartment is composed by a comfortable bathroom with window and a spacious shower, a parlour kitchen and a living room. From there a wooden staircase leads up to other two rooms, a studio and a sleeping room, in the fifth floor. All rooms are very well illuminated by windows towards south, with view on the roofs: a simple window in the bathroom, one modern window with insolation pane in the kitchen and other two double windows, in the attic there are modern insolation windows with wooden frames (Velux). Bathroom and kitchen floors and walls are with tiles, all the other floors are covered by beautiful wooden deals.

Location
Stuttgarter Platz is one of the best locations in Charlottenburg, specially the western part of it. Here we find a vivid situation with many charming pubs, bars and restaurants. In the Leonhardtstraße around the corner and in the Windscheidstraße and the other lanes and squares nearby there are many small shops, not only for everyday use but also with selected products like wine, design objects, fashion, books, delicatessen and so on. Wilmersdorfer Straße with it´s Shopping Center Wilmersdorfer Arkaden is one of the most important commercial streets in Charlottenburg. The nearest park extends around the beautiful little lake "Lietzensee", in a walking distance of 10 minutes. But also the magnificent castle of Charlottenburg can be easily reached. A ride of few minutes in the underground, with a bike or a car brings you to the opera house "Deutsche Oper" and the Schillertheater.
