Guthmann & Guthmann reactivates property business in Brazil

Guthmann & Guthmann Immobilien GmbH, together with a German partner firm, is reactivating its property business in Brazil. The focus is on properties and projects in the state of Bahia in the northeast of the country.

Why Brazil

Brazil is one of the leading BRIC nations. The 2014 FIFA World Cup and the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro are driving infrastructure investment across the country. For investors looking to diversify their portfolio beyond the Berlin property market, this presents opportunities.
